Industrial data integration: from production monitoring to ERP

VOLSOFT is an industrial software and integration engineering firm based in Çerkezköy, Türkiye, with its R&D office at NKÜ Technopark. We collect data from machines, PLCs and meters and carry it into production monitoring, OEE, predictive maintenance and energy monitoring applications, and on to the ERP.

Unlike automation firms, we do not touch a machine’s control program. Our work is the software and data layer above the machines. However mixed your machine park is (brands, generations, protocols), we handle PLC data collection without stopping production.

Why one data model?

When production, maintenance, quality and energy teams get different answers to the same question, the cause is rarely missing software; it is the lack of a shared data model. With a Unified Namespace, every signal is defined once, in an ISA-95 structure and with permissions, and every new application reads from the same source.
