Solutions
Visibility on the floor, fewer losses
Every solution stands on the same data foundation: the right data from the machine, one data model, and delivery to every system that needs it.

Why Industry 4.0 solutions should share one foundation
OEE, predictive maintenance and energy monitoring are often bought as separate projects: one reads cycle counts from the line, another vibration from the motor, a third energy from the switchboard. The result is three connections to the same machine, three naming schemes and three reports that do not agree. The energy cost of a stoppage, or the OEE impact of a failure, only becomes visible when the data meets in one model.
VOLSOFT solutions are therefore built on a shared data layer. A machine is connected once, its data lives in a single ISA-95-shaped namespace (Unified Namespace), and every solution reads from the same source.
Where to start
For most plants the fastest return comes from production monitoring and downtime tracking: no improvement lasts until you can see where and why losses occur. Energy-intensive plants may start with energy monitoring; plants with few but expensive critical assets with predictive maintenance. The right starting point is set in the discovery call, from your own loss categories.
A solution is more than a product
An off-the-shelf OEE package brings screens; a solution also brings the right data behind them, the reason-code list, the shift calendar and the ERP link. The VOLSOFT team takes on that second half in every project: installing software is half the job, fitting it to the floor is the other half.
